Dinner conversation

JD was home for dinner last night (nice surprise!). At the end of dinner, this conversation occurred:

Madelyn: What are deer hunters?

JD (trying to find a gentle way to tell Madelyn that people actually try to kill Bambi): Deer hunters try to keep the deer population from getting over populated.

Madelyn: Yeah, or maybe they just shoot, kill, and eat the deer.
